  4 members of my family are seen at this particular clinic by 2 different providers. We have a rare genetic disease that severely affects the functionality of our bodies. The staff is amazing, the front desk always kind and respectful, the lab staff (Hi Patrick!) are just so kind and knowledgeable and able to get blood out of uncooperative veins. The nurses always treat us very well when checking in and the 2 doctors that we see are amazing. I'm very grateful for this clinic. We should probably be closer to Stanford with the seriousness of our issues, but frankly, with this clinic on our side, I don't want to leave them. They are a rare gem. I've yet to meet a rude, disrespectful, or unkind person there yet.
